Turn black panama fedora hat

We use high quality Panama from Ecuador.
The unevenness is burnt and the color is brownish.

The decoration is made of burnt black leather.
Small black feathers are casually attached.

The brim has a distressed piping finish.
I made some broken parts here and there.
