Refund policy

 

triangles hat has a 14-day return policy and you must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. We will evaluate the problem and take appropriate action.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, including perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special order or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please feel free to contact us.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item(s) and, if your return is accepted, purchase the new item(s) separately.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the merchandise must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund in your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note that it may also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
