This fedora has been burn-processed to give it an overall charcoal-like appearance.

A special protective agent has been applied over the top to make the processing more durable.

Several cuts have been made and hand-stitched with waxed thread.

Each brim is hand-wrinkled.

Black leather, leather cord, and cotton cord are used for decoration.
