The "charcoal" series is a burnt finish that gives the entire piece a charcoal-like appearance. A special protective agent is applied on top to make the finish less likely to come off.
There are some chipped areas and holes drilled in places where leather has been sewn in place.
The embellishment is finished with distressed grosgrain ribbon piping.
The result is a bowler hat with a decadent feel.
